4. Tap the .apk in Downloads or the Files app to start the installer.
5. Grant "Install unknown apps" to the browser or file manager when Android blocks the install, then return to the installer.
6. Read the permission screen before you accept. Stop the install if it asks for SMS, contacts, call logs or accessibility services — a 4 MB casino client has no use for them.
7. Open Settings → Apps → Springbok Casino → App info after installing and confirm the package name matches com.plus.nova.alpha.quick.studio.springbokcasino or com.dcswqsmx.

When it does not work

The app will not install or immediately closes. Check the Android version first: 7.1 is the stated minimum, and a phone on 6.0 will either refuse the package or install it and crash on launch. If the install is blocked with no error text, the browser or file manager still lacks the "Install unknown apps" permission — grant it, install, then take it away again. If the file is far off 4.36–4.63 MB, you downloaded something else.

The app does not update. It cannot. With no Google Play listing there is no update channel, so version 1.0 stays version 1.0 on your phone until you download a newer .apk yourself from the operator's mobile page. The listed last-update dates are 3 August per AppBrain and 5 November 2022 per mi9 and APKPure, which tells you the build is not on a fast release cycle.
